For pregnancy – Please wait until at least 12 weeks or until you have had your first scan.
For postnatal – Please ensure you have been signed off by your GP or care provider to exercise at the very least 8 weeks for a vaginal birth and 12 weeks for Caesarean birth.

A 24-hour cancellation policy applies. All purchases must be used within the first year of purchase otherwise they will expire
